Game- Body parts

What do you need:

- cardobards,

- scissors,

- glue,

- printer (to print picture and texts)

- adhesive tape,

- velcro

I wanted my little girl to start learn with me body parts. By observing her I see that she is a period of collecting things, making things in order, trying to put simple puzzles. She starts to know where she has eyes, nose, etc.

So I decided to create for her a little game for her.

She is a little bit small to understad all the rules of the game but I am sure she will be able to recognize at least body parts on pictures. After when she will understand more, she will be able to group them and.. when she will understand even more she will place them in correct place by reading/listening indications.

How I did?

I prepared cardboards and all equipment, which I needed. I found this quite little picture of a boy and parts of his body. I printed them. I use 1 cardboard as a main board, I pasted little guy.

I took another cardboard  to create my parts of the body. I was pasting them and after cutting them out.

After this I took each part and I taped it around with a tape (protection against: water, food, pencils, etc.).

On the main board I made little indications like: For the eyes: "They help me to see everything".

For the indications, I printed them on the laser printer, paste the tape and after put into the water to remove paper. On the tape you have your texts, paper is gone and you can paste them directly.

I finished with velcro - like this she can place the body parts and they will stay on the place.

The game is ready ! It took me 1,5h
