It's my place

This is where I make my workouts and my tests for you guys.

It is a small room next to the garage which I adapt as a my little studio, where I can easly move and keep my equipment.

You can find there: wooden bench, my power tower form DKN (which is replaced by the Pivot Fintess barre in the garage), some weights, barbell, jumping rope, even fintess ball, small punching bag and.... a RADIO! ;-)

Like they always say: "No pain no gain" - I made this sign on the wall by using  small cardboard paper, glue and pins.

When I was younger, living with my parents I was doing my workouts in my room and outside (I come from Poland so... it's hard to have nice weather, particularly in winter :-) but even -10 and snow couldn't stop me - that's why I know that it's possible to work out everywhere).

The place where I liked to train also was main room (I needed more space).

And since I am a "big girl" after so many years finally I reach to have my own little studio.

I hope you have also your place, where you can feel free to make your workout, it's important to arrange your area, to not be frustrated that for a moment  you'll hit something - I know from personal experience.

The best practice:

1st, clean your place before (like a solider), that during your training not see any distractions and "do not pretend" that NOW, during your workout you need to remove some stuff..... ;-)

2nd, make a turn around you with arms spread wide, check if you will hit something - no? So ok, next point. If yes... most of the workouts are located more on the floor level and upper level is reserved for "jumpig position" where you keep your hands more close to the body, but while you are "jumping" some of the people don't have good coordination and they can't stay in one place, if you are one of those poeople you need to take care and make test with arms.

3rd, go down on the floor and lying down, spread your legs and hands on the sides and check how much space you have. If you can easly turn from back on the belly, if your head is not too close to something (table, sofa, etc), just check it, it's important.

4th Prepare everything you need for your workout, like: weights, mat, water, timer, music etc.

Now, you are ready to start and beeing focus on the workout and not about everything around.
