Thinking about yourself
 

 

Do you think often about yourself? In which aspect: Your presonality? Your body? Your life? Your goals?

 

When do you think about yourself? In the evenings? When something important happens? When  you are alone and sad? When you want to compare yourself to others?

 

Why do you think about yourself? To change yourself? To analyse and take a lesson? To find out why things are happening to you? Because others are speaking about you?

 

What it gives to you? Do you feel better? Do you feel sad about yourself? Do you feel worst? And Why?

Well..Everybody is thinking about themselves sometimes, often, but usually when something important happens in their life.

 

Everybody is making a comparison, you know why? Because there will be always someone worst in some aspects than you and there is always someone  who is better than you. And to compare is totally natural, the thing is, what do you do with this?

 

Everybody is feeling somehow about themselves. Some of them are looking for a change. Some are happy, some are disappointed by themselves.

 

Now, do you think that with everything what you have now, the way you look, the way you think, the way you are - Are you the person you want to be?

 

If not, maybe try to think about yourself in a different way:

 

1. Look at yourself throught the eyes of the person who loves you (your child, your woman/man, your parents, your friend, even your pet)

- How do you look in his/hers/its eyes?

- What kind of person you are, when you are with him/her/it,

- What do you see, which is so special about you?

... and stay with this feeling, precise your personality on this base.

 

2. Look at yourself without any emotions.

- Who am I, where am I in my life? Do I want to be at that point?

- What I want exactly?

- How do I want to reach my goals?

 

 

Be good with yourself. Take care of yourself. Because if you will be good with yourself, people around you, they will feel GOOD with YOU :-)
