This is a static training exclusively focused on the legs and buttocks, without additional weights.

Each exercise you do 50 reps without break.

The quality of video / audio: good

Video form: Training in the gym, no distractions, the camera shows the entire silhouette of the instructor. Dynamic music but do not disturb. At the bottom - the reps counter and title, which exercise will be next.

Instructor: Rebecca Louise, she speaks a lot,it can motivate someone and for some of you it can disturb. What useful - is counting by her each time the last 5 reps, so you do not get lost in training. Occasionally, explains each exercise is for what. No warm-up, stretching during training 2 times and at the end.

Opinion:

I found this workout in 2014, when I was pregnant. Usually I combine this legs workout with other workouts on legs, arms or back.

The advantage of this workout is that it's really short, only 17 minutes!

How much truth is in this, that it's a Miley Cyrus workout - I do not know, and I don't care, I'm talking about effective exercises. There is no cardio in this workout. I added weights of 2kg per ankle and between some exercises jumping rope for 1 min.

Effect "in simple terms":

This legs workout works holistically on the legs and buttocks. In fact, this legs workout will make you have a firmer (tonned) legs and buttocks. Thighs and knees will be definitely slimmer. If you want to do something with your calves - you need to modify a little but this legs workout. Eg. The second set of squats connect with climbing on your toes. To enhance the effect - connect this workout with running or jumping rope or jumping exercise series.

For whom:

For beginners - I think it may be a challenge, it is worth a try, remember to take breaks and stretch your legs as you go.

Intermediate - I think you might be interested in this training, it is really pleasant and intense, the effects are quickly visible.

For advanced - add the weights on the leg or combine this with cardio exercises and you will be very satisfied :-)
