No warm-up and stretching (however, she reminds of this at the beginning and end of the movie). Opinion: I do cardio 3-4 times a week, this workout I've began in 2013. In the movie there are 8 series, so I started from it, then increased to 10. I regulate the quantity depending on how I feel and what workout I did before. It's a really intense cardio workout that involves a lot of muscles to work. The main thing is to perform this cardio workout in time. If you bother you that there is no background music, best to use a timer (there are cool apps on your phone or programs on pc). Turn the music you like, set the timer for 8 cycles each of 5 exercises during 20 seconds with an interval of 10 seconds of rest between exercises (really just to have time to change position) The effect of this training is extremely quick! In addition to the wonderful jumping rope, this workout is one of my favorite cardio workouts. Effect "in simple terms": if you follow a recommendation to perform cardio MINIMUM 3-4 times a week for 20-30 minutes - you will drop pounds quickly! After a week, you can expect the first results. If you care about your body contouring, do static workouts for different areas of your body and after this intense cardio for 20 minutes. The effects are surprisingly fast. For whom: For Beginners - It can be really challenging for someone who never did anything. If you can not do the 8 series with Agnieszka, listen to her advice - "do as much as you can." My advice: start with a jumping rope workouts to keep warm and fit. If you can constantly jump for a few minutes - try to do this cardio. Intermediate - I think you can do this cardio workout. It will certainly be a challenge but you will quickly see the effect of water loss and reduce body fat. For advanced - a great, complementary cardio after static workout. The exercises are simple and you can freely modify the number of series, as you want.
