Because it is short and quickly you'll notice the difference, just remember about the rules of making this workout: slow, more reps and ankle weights! (if you don't have try to assign something heavy to the leg) For intermidiate- you can easily add these exercises to your routine. Exercises are very easy and the effect is really cool.
