5 Minute Workout #20 - Full Body Torture by Zuzka light It is a dynamic workout that involves the whole body to work. It consists of 3 exercises with dumbbells that you repeat each other without break. The number of series you regulate in terms of your abilities, it is good to make 2-4 series . Particular attention to the technique of exercise. Video: Training in real time: up to you, 2 series about 10 minutes Placement of information about safety precautions, no ads The quality of video / audio: very good Video form: In the little gym, the camera showes the entire silhouette of instructor from different perspectives. Music in the background totally do not disturb. The whole movie divided into three sections. 1: explanation of exercise; 2: training; 3: Summary Instructor: Zuzka at the beginning reminds about the warm-up and explains 3 exercises, she is focused on technique and shows versions for beginners. Then performs the tworkout, each time she is counting repetitions, so you can do the workout in her timing. The last round is not finished, Zuzka forgot about jump lunges. As you will see the workout is clearly hard to do, but not impossible:-) Zuzka reminds of cool down and streching after workout.

To improve:

The video has a very good sequence, so nobody can be lost. You have a section "what you need", "proper form", "harder/easier variations", one thing is missing - "warm up" IN the movie, but as I usually say - "the warm up" section IN the movie is only for the people who doesn't have a habit to do it. So if you have, you don't want to scroll each time the video, because you already made the warm up before. The rule is easy: short workout - movie 5 min longer to keep a good sequence. Opinion: This total body workout I do when I have a max of 20-25 minutes for a workout and I want to use up to that time. I do then 4-5 series (max) using 2 dumbbells of 4 lbs each. (2kg) It is a very intense workout, even if you do only 3 exercises I can assure you that you sweat out exactly:-) Whole body works: hands, arms, back, legs, buttocks, abdomen, chest. One of my favorite workouts of Zuzka light, which represents the group of instructors, whose workouts are more challenging, and I love that. Effect "in simple terms": The workout involves the whole body, so changes are reflected on the whole body. Already after a week of doing this exercises you are able to notice significant differences. The main thing is to exceed your comfort barrier (ie: do not block through sweating, or a temporary inability to catch the air, just breathe - even loud, let go air tight, do not give up). This total body workout using dumbells, makes you sculpt the body. Very quickly lose fat, so the muscles will become visible in a cool way. (Not in a spectacular way, for that you need a bit more and longer to train). The overall effect of this total body workout exercise is shaded body in quick time.

For whom: For Beginners - Workout difficult but possible to do. Start from doing 2 series in turtle time and version for beginners (so you can check if you are able to try a more advanced version) PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TECHNIQUE! It's easy to distroy your knee, when jumping lunges with dumbbells are incorrectly performed. The first time you do this workout, do it slowly, as you will catch technique - give of yourself more.

For intermediate - If you are familiar with those exercises you should do them in a good timing, sculpting effect will be visible soon. I'm sure you will like these 3 exercises.

For advanced - Super Total body workout: short and with a real nice effect. If you want only to sculpture your body it's worth to do it from time to time, in the break between the longer workouts that you are already doing.
