The 20 Minute Killer Core Workout by Sean Vigue Fitness
An amazing abdominal workout, one of the most complex workouts I've ever performed.
This is static workot, it takes 18 minutes, performed as a sequence without breaks, without weights (unless you want:-)). Each successive 28 exercises you do 20 reps.

Form video: Straight from, one scene, the action takes place on the school-yard (Sean Vigue, a supporter of "train everywhere"), we definitely hear the noise of the wind, which is a little but disturbing, especially when you are doing this workout at the first time.
Instructor: Sean Vigue, begins performing exercises vigorously, counts repetitions, which definitely makes it easier to impose ourselves a rigor. He explains exercise, additionally showing versions more difficult. A huge plus is that he shows the origin etymology of the exercises (yoga, pilates, etc.). At the end he shows few of simple exercises for stretching.
To improve:
Video: Quality of audio has to be corrected, even if this is an outside movie.
This type of video is quite good for almost everybody, specially for type of people who has no problem with concentration and selfmotivation. For those who has problem with that the movie is not good enough, because there are a lot of different exercises, there is no part of introduction, no "what next".
Opinion:
So, as I said at the beginning - this abdominal workout is one of the most complex workouts that I've performed. The exercises are very deifferent and complex, so that not only engage the abdominal muscles but the muscles of the arms, legs and back. I performed it before pregnancy on average 2-3 times a week, with slight modifications: eg. Small weights 4lbs, I made a series of and 20 sec. stretching between the sets. Workout made my belly, arms, shoulders really strong and apparently carved.
Effect "in simple words":
This workout involves MANY muscle groups to work, and the effect is visible very quickly. But everything depends on how much fat you have and, (as usual :-)), on your level. My muscles were clearly outlined and hard. Very strong belly, shoulders and back. This abdominal workout combined with a nice cardio will give great effect - burning and sculpting.
For whom:
For beginners - this is not training for beginners, I strongly advise against if you never did the abdomen, arms or back. Perhaps after the first training you will be discouraged, and the pain the next day only will reinforce Your reluctance. But it is worth a try but take breaks and stretch
Intermediate - I think someone intermediate can do all the training with short breaks, but on the second day should definitely feel it. I think that after doing it 2-3 times a week, after 2 months you will reach your goal - definitely burning and cool sculpting.
Advanced - This abdominal workout is an excellent base for modification, exercise is a whole range, you can make them more difficult, add small weights, use the ball for the balance and 100% abdominal sculpting you will reach in short period of time.
