This full non-stop circuit for ABS is my FIRST 10/10 in my test-workout history!! Like I promissed - I share with you, because it's really nice :-) Frank recommends 3 rounds of this circuit with little breaks between, dependently on your level. One circuit it is a set of 6 excercises and between each, you have mountain climbers(!) for 30 sec, which makes 9 min. of only mountain climbers as a dynamic part of this workout. Video: Workout in real time: around 20-25 minutes. No located information on precautions, no adds. The quality of video / audio: good Video Form: This is an instruction how to properly perform a series of exercises. Complete minimalism, Frank by this is just showing you that you can do it everywhere. Music in the background: Peaches - Fuck the Pain Away (Head Splinter Remix),is dynamic. There is no talking, just showing the excercises with title and reps in front layer. Instructor: Frank Medrano, it's a man who is called by a lot of people as a "Superhuman", Calisthenics expert, trainer, and athlete. He has a great feel and control one's own body and as you can see his body is a real proof of incredible power of pure muscle. His workouts are hard, they require discipline and learning how to control the body and the use of inner strength. To improve: Video: I regret that this video is not a full time workout, that's why some of the watchers which try to do it are a little bit confused about the quantity of reps. Instructor: I think, watchers would appreciate a short explanations during the performance. This type of video is good for somebody, who is used to train, who is able to write down the workout and proceed. Opinion: I've made a lot of abs/core exercises in my life, but this combination with mountain climbers is an amazing combination! I am very happy to find this workout on Youtube. First time it was very hard to finish all 3 rounds, even if my core is already strong. It's just because during this workout all body is working. Mountain climbers as well as Burpees, Pushups and Pullups are one of the best body exercises in the history. Using them in doesn't metter which workout - it will be a succesfull workout.

The way he is making mountain climbers.. ok it's hard, but while you practice is it's possible to reach this speed. I finished the tests after 1 week, beeing able to finish the workout and to make different one straight after.

I am comming back VERY often to this workout and making it as a my abs routine + my legs workout. Effect "in simple terms": During this workout your ALL body is working: legs, butt, arms, back, and of course - abs. You will feel it everywhere. This combination of 30 sec. raising pulse moutain climbers is an easy way to start burn fat, because big groups of muscles are working and consuming more energy. After you have those static, slow excercises, where you need to take care of the technique and breathing circulation. You count your reps and again you boost your heartbeat over and over. This type of the workout is slicing workout, you will make your all body more strong. You will start to see a little bit of your muscle definition. Of course you still need to take care of what you are eating and it will be part of your workout routine. For whom: For Beginners – Yes, you can try, but do not be stressed if you will not reach to complete even 1 circuit, it's just hard workout. You need to push yourself really hard. Intermediate – It can be a challenge for you, probably you will finish 1 circuit and go on, but I am sure that after 3 rounds... you will not move. For advanced – It can be a very interesting experience for you, I advice you to try to reach to have the speed of Frank during each section of 30 sec. mountain climbers - this will be a challenge for you.
